This unit ensures that the Collection Centre is functioning properly and oversees the appropriate storage of objects at the Swiss National Museum. It has 13,000m2 of storage space at its disposal in its buildings. The staff are responsible for administering stored items, overseeing lending activities, registering objects, arranging transportation, and maintaining and running technical facilities. They also provide printing and distribution services at the Swiss National Museum.
